Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. If you have any issues placing your order, please contact me.
I aim to send out orders within 1-3 working days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic insured and tracked shipping - 1-2 working days
International tracked shipping - 5-10 working days.
If you have specific shipping requirements, please contact me directly.
I will contact you to let you know once your order is dispatched.
All delivery times are approximate.
What shipping method do you use?
I use the national postal service for shipping & each item is tracked & traced.
Delivery Costs:
Shipping costs for overseas buyers will be automatically calculated at check-out once you enter your shipping country.
Ireland: €12
Europe incl. UK : €15
Rest of the world: €20
Everything is shipped using the national postal service, and will be transferred to the relative service in the recipients country. Each item is tracked & insured.
DUTIES & TAXES
If you live outside of the European Union, custom duties and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method.
If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the package to me. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
RETURN POLICY & REFUND
Unfortunately original pieces of art are non-refundable.
DAMAGES
If you receive a damaged parcel, I ask that you please take photos of the parcel and its contents, and contact me immediately at info@grainnenagle.com
I will replace any damaged pieces free of charge, or you will get a refund.
Please note: I cannot be held responsible for work damaged once opened and under the customers care.
